When orders are called in verbally, please ask salesperson to repeat your entire order back to you so there are no errors on either part. Once an order is placed, pulled and shipped customer will be liable for items verbally agreed upon.


Please specify how you will be paying for your order. COD Business Check, COD Money Order or Credit Card. Please note we do not take personal checks.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 30 minuets; and shipped from our Sunrise Distribution Center within 24 hours.


We ship FED EX Ground within the United States. Orders shipping to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses are sent U.S Postal Service Priority Mail, C.O.D. service is not availible with USPS Priority Mail shipments, nor can we ship orders containing flammable products or aerosols via USPS. Orders with flammable products to international destinations are shipped via Fedex. Fedex cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.


Next Day Delivery is availible, we ship Fedex overnight. All next day orders are required to be paid by credit card because of the shipping charges. No C.O.D’s availible on overnight shipping.

DUTIES, TAXES INTERNATIONAL
Customer is liable for all duties and taxes, not CBS.

BACKORDERS
Unfortunately we may be out of an item, we ask that you please re-order it. If backorder is over $50.00 CBS will automatically put on backorder and ship out when the product comes in. We will pay all UPS ground charges, except C.O.D.’s, only when paid by credit card. All international orders will have to be reordered.

MAIL IN PRE-PAID ORDERS

SALES TAX
All Florida residents are required to pay 6% sales tax, unless Resale Tax Certificate is on file with signature at CBS in our posession. Every year we need a copy of current certificate.

C.O.D PAYMENT
C.O.D. means you pay the UPS Driver when your package arrives. UPS does not accept cash, only money orders or company business checks (No Personal checks accepted). UPS charges a $9.00 fee for this service, plus your shipping charge. To avoid a $9.00 C.O.D fee you can use a credit card.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
When paying by credit card we will need the actual name as it appears on the card. We also need the account number, expiration date and cv2 code for the credit card. Please provide the actual billing address of where your actual statement for the credit card is mailed to (your house address, business address, or P.O. Box). Then we will need the actual shipping address where you would like your products to be shipped (please note-we verify all billing addresses on credit cards). For international verification you will need to fax or e-mail us the credit card authorization form filled out entirely and signed by you that we will send you upon your first order when ordering from CBS Beauty Supply. No orders will ship internationally unless we have this credit card authorization form is in our possession.

PRIVACY POLICY- We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from  your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY - Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet,

RETURNS, DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS
CBS wants you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased, we realize that sometimes you may change your mind on a product that you ordered and wish to return that product. Please make a copy of your original invoice along with the products you are returning, send them back either UPS or USPS. Please make sure this is packed good and your package is insured with a signature required. If we receive merchandise that is broken upon receiving, you will not receive any credit. Make sure your items are packed good internally.

Missing items should be called in within 24 hours of receipt of shipments, anything after this will not be acceptable. Please make sure to look thorough all the packaging, as when we pack little items are usually together or attached to something else. Empty popcorn or bubble wrap as well cut of box. Peace of mind, we have 2 people that double check orders before they ship your package.
Damages should be called in immediately at time of delivery and noted with the carrier that the box is damaged before signing for anything. If the box is damaged at time of delivery this has to be brought to the carrier’s attention at time of delivery, not after, this way if products are damaged internally, it will already be noted on the the carrier's report. Without this information, CBS cannot guarantee anything to be replaced if we are not able to make an insurance claim on the package you have received.

Returns - There are no returns on Liquids, Powders, Nail Drills, Nail Bits, Facial, Massage or any skin & Spa equipment, Airbrush guns, Skincare, Cosmetics, Books, CD’s, Videos or DVD’s. All Toe rings and jewelry are special ordered from manufacturer at the time of ordering and are not returnable or exchangeable. If an item is being returned, the item must be in original manufacturers box as it was received, and must be in good condition to be re-sold to the consumer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns are for store credit or exchange only.

SPECIAL ORDERS (MERCHANDISE NOT IN STOCK)
Any order that is drop shipped or special ordered from another manufacturer shipped either to CBS Beauty Supply or the customer requires a 100% payment in full before any order placed or delivered. There are absolutely no returns, exchanges, or store credits on any special ordered merchandise.

EXPORT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped either Fed-Ex Air or Freight Forwarder depending upon the sizes and contents of order. Payment must be made by credit card, Bank Money Wire Transfer or pre-paid. There are no COD’s.

Any products purchased via internet website , fax or verbal phone orders from Cosmetic Beauty Supply D/B/A CBS Beauty Supply being shipped to a private person or commercial business internationally is the responsibility of the consumer, not Cosmetic Beauty Supply D/B/A CBS Beauty Supply to know all the laws of importing merchandise into there country. The individual consumer needs to know if certain products need permits or have any other restrictions or prohibited for products being imported to there country from the USA to them. Cosmetic Beauty Supply D/B/A CBS Beauty Supply will not be held liable for this. If Fed Ex. the freight forwarder or any other carrier as well as customs refuses this product into the recipients country the products will then either be destroyed by customs or the carrier or be returned to Cosmetic Beauty Supply D/B/A CBS Beauty Supply for credit only back to there form of payment. The recipient will be liable for all shipping fees to and from them back to the USA, not Cosmetic Beauty Supply DBA CBS Beauty Supply as well as a 20% restocking fee.

DANGEROUS GOOD FEES ON SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL BY OCEAN FREIGHT CHARGES

Cosmetic Beauty Supply DBA CBS Beauty Supply is a certified shipping company to ship dangerous and hazardous material by sea. This pertains to international customers only outside the U.S.A. as well as the Bahamas, St. Thomas, St. Lucia, St. Croix, Grand Cayman Islands,Turks and Caicos and Puerto Rico. Please note that there are extra fees that will be charged in addition to your freight charges for special UN boxes and Vermiculite used in packing your dangerous goods shipment when shipping by ocean, not air.

 

When Shipping dangerous and hazardous material by air only there are no extra fees incurred for boxes used or surcharges that the airlines or Fed EX will .We can ship any flammable product anywhere in the world (except acetone or aerosol sprays) at no extra charge from the carriers (which is called a D.G. Surcharge) when the product is no larger then a 1/2oz bottle, such as nail polishes, primer, etc…Any product that is larger in size such as a 8oz, 16oz, 32oz or gallon is considered to be dangerous goods because of the volume that you are shipping and can ship these as well, but when shipping these larger sizes, the carriers will charge a D.G.Surcharge of $55.00 to $80.00 per shipment plus your freight.

(Ship cost). Realistically on small orders, it is not feasible to ship this and absorb these fees. If the order was a large amount dollar wise, then it makes sense to ship.

The other alternative that you do have, but we have to charge you for is to keep your small order the way it is and we will repack your larger size product into smaller 1/2oz bottle and then you will avoid paying the D.G. Flammable Surcharge that the carriers charge. However, for us to do this, we will have to charge you the amount of 1/2oz bottles that we use to break it down to ship it for you.

For Example-if you order a 8oz bottle of acrylic liquid, that would be (16) ½ oz bottles that we would have to use to be able to ship and charge you the cost of the bottles which are .89 cents each. This way you can get your product at no extra cost from the carriers by only paying to have it re-packed in 1/2oz size.

WARRANTIES
All Drills have Limited Manufacture 1 year warranty based on the  Individual Manufactures policy. Airbrush compressors have a 6 month warranty against defects and workmanship. All Facial Equipment such as Steamers, Magnifying lamps and Facial / Body Machines are backed by a 1 year warranty against defects and workmanship based on the  Individual Manufactures policy. All Massage Beds / Facial Beds are backed by a limited warranty based on the Individual Manufactures policy. Permanent Makeup Machines come with no warranty. (Please note: This is all based on how a customer has used and cared for the Machine / Bed, etc....as well.

Repairs or Replacement parts will be done only by Manufacture only. No other company or technician is authorized to fix product or this will void warranty. Replacements on parts or a machine is completely up to Manufacture. Please note - Customer is liable for all shipping charges to and from Manufacture for warranty or replacement parts, not Cosmetic Beauty Supply DBA CBS Beauty Supply.Cosmetic Beauty Supply DBA CBS Beauty Supply is not in the shipping business, we are in the supply mail order business. We warranty products, but can not warranty shipping expenses to and from CBS Beauty Supply and or Manufacture.
